It is getting increasingly embarrassing explaining American politics to my foreign friends. What are your credentials? You have a famous or powerful daddy; you are a famous TV or movie star; you have a boatload of money and you are in? Given the critical problems America faces I find it amazing people would be stupid enough to elect these neophytes who don't even discuss policy and issues in their campaigns.James MacTavish, USA
