From the "Those Arrogant Fucking Pricks" department, some members of the GOP want to park a Norwegian Luxury Ship in NYC for the 2004 convention. When Republicans are not at the convention, then they can just stay on the ship! Fuck the pleabians, and screw trying to pump money into the city's economy. Sigh.
