The flying wonder monkey again bypassed the democratic process and placed another judicial nominee who couldn't Senate confirmation on the federal bench. So what's on the mind of new judge William Pryor?

Pryor also came under fire for filing a Supreme Court brief in a Texas sodomy case comparing homosexual acts to "prostitution, adultery, necrophilia, bestiality, possession of child pornography and even incest and pedophilia."

Gee, how could the Senate not confirm such a stand up guy?
