We can't be giving money to any of dem freeloading hippies

The Bush Administration is trying to redefine what a family farm is in order to decrease the amount of farms that qualify for federal loans. While he's at it, maybe Bush should send the farmers he puts out of business a blue smock, because they're going to need one soon.
