Yes, the 2004 State of the Union Drinking Game is out. Ya gotta love it:

“nukular” = 1 drink
he uses a Bushism (i.e. says something that's not really a word, other than “nukular”) = 2 drinks
Any word of 5 syllables or more = 2 drinks (bonus +1 if he stumbles through it)
Every time... they show a military official in uniform who looks asleep = 2 drinks

I'd like to add, "Everytime he chokes on a pretzel."
