Mexican workers dying in large numbers

Even more than Americans working the same jobs. This story may be decried by those with a hardline stance against illegal immigration, it's still dead people we're talking about. Last time I checked, any worker who dies because their employer did not uphold standards of safety has become a victim to a crime.
