Outsource '04!

I'd vote for somebody who has a three pronged strategy to create jobs which includes, "enhancing employability through training and strengthening social security schemes for unorganised sector." Unfortunately the man proposing this can't run for president, because his name is Atal Bihari Vajpayee and he's currently the Prime Minister of India. Maybe he can be offered a cabinet position...? Or, better yet, we could outsource the presidency to him! He can do a better job than Bush and at a tenth of the cost. I'm all for it. Outsource '04!
