The Bush administration is gathering detailed information about the populations of other, mainly Latin American, countries. Here's the kicker: the company contracted to do this information gathering is ChoicePoint, the same corporation that Florida used to clear "criminals" off the voting rolls, but ended uo throwing a lot of innocent black people off the voting rolls and helping to undemocratically hand that state ovder to Dubya, thus making him president.

Who just shouted "PAYOFF!"? I mean, honestly, who else can one think about this? Why would the Bush adminitration rely on the services of a company whose work was proven to be so flawed that it helped throw a presidential election? Why would one trust the information that this corporation provides? That alone does not make any sense.
