Censorship at NPR on the Plame story?

From Buzzflash, NPR has removed part of Nina Totenberg's reporting from an official trasnscript, in which Totenberg talks about the White House asking the Justice Department if they could wait a day before telling White House staff to "perserve all phone and email records." The White House staff knew at that point in time that they were about to got through an investigation from the Justice Department, so a unbiased observer with a slightly firm grip on logic would ask what the White House's motive for waiting 24 hours to secure records was, and how can a Justice Department that was hand picked by the White House conduct a non-biased investigation, especially after giving White House staffers a day to ditch their phone and email records? And why is the media ignoring this story?
