Bush to the UN, 2004: Please, please come to Iraq and save my ass!

I'm almost hoping the UN doesn't, but that would be cruel. I would praise Bush for doing the right thing, but this doesn't count as late, he's in total "cover my ass" mode. Certainly not honorable.
