...according to the ITAA, whose 500 members include Microsoft Corp., Hewlett-Packard Corp. and Amazon.com.

Oh, no, they're not biased. Never! A group whose Board of Directors include executives of corporations who oursource IT jobs could never be biased! This article is innocently titled, "Study: Outsourcing Tech Jobs Helps Economy." The short blurb in it that mentioned who the members of the ITAA were came near the end. "Study." This is such horseshit.
