Nuclear welfare

Corporations are asking the federal government to give them $400 million to build a new nuclear power plant. Because as we all know in this day and age of planes falling out of the sky and ramming into buildings, nuclear energy is the safest way to power this country. And not only will we have to pay for this ticking timebombs through our energy bills, but multi-billion dollar conglomerates like General Electric expect us to pay their bills with our tax dollars, too. This is so wrong on so many levels that I'm afraid I can't count that high.
