Stupidity on Parade

Today's Providence Journal has an op-ed piece by Chris Powell on a matter of extreme importance and urgency: The fact that Teresa Heniz Kerry told a report to shove it.

Another American heiress, Leona Helmsley, became notorious for her disparaging remark about "the little people," people who, lacking great inheritances, must work for a living. Mrs. Kerry's encounter with one of the little people is on tape and be be more eloquent than the Democratic platform.

Hey Chris, you do realize that we have a sitting vice president who told a senator "Go fuck yourself" on the Senate floor. Isn't that a little bit more shocking than Teresa defending herself against a pushy reporter whose paycheck is funded by a billionaire Republican operative named Richard Mellon Scaife?
