Impeach Scalia

Cheney's hunting buddy, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, will not recuse himself from the lawsuit against Cheney, then he should be impeached because he is in clear violation of law. U.S. Code, Title 28, Section 455 clearly states the following: "Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned." Scalia is in violation of the law, and it's about time Democrats drafted the Articles of Impeachment.
