I'm not sure if this stands as a typical "duh" moment or if we need to add some drool running down the chin...

I found this in a cute report about Colin Powell meeting a cat with his namesake.

Colin Powell, the secretary of state, has agreed to a meeting in the State Department's Treaty Room on the seventh floor — for pictures, not dialogue.

The room has served lofty purposes through history, including the signing of important treaties.

OK, let me make sure I have this straight: the Treaty Room has been used for treaty signing? Wow. This is way too complex for me!

Jesus Christ...
