Tom DeLay and Texas Republicans seem to have been caught cheating

But, as we all know, Republicans seek to subvert democracy when they can't get elected through legal means. So to this familiar story, we shall introduce a new chapter titled, "Texans for a Republican Majority." Headed up by known asshole Tom DeLay, this political action committee used donations they received from corporations as campaign money for Republicans running for seats on the Texas legislature. In some cases, they funneled corporate money directly into Republican campaigns. As far as I understand, this is quite illegal, but when have silly things like laws ever stopped the Republicans?
