How does Chief Justice Rehnquist decide if Scalia should have recused himself from Dick Cheney's case after going on a hunting trip with him? He forms a committee. Ooooh, that's revolutionary!

You know what, if Rehnquist insists upon making silly suggestions like this to decide upon the bleeding obvious, then I see no reason to be serious. I propose that everyone on this committee should be 8 years old. Why? Because 8 year olds know what right from wrong is, and they are too stupid to lie. I think it makes perfect sense! And not only does Scalia get the justice he so royally deserves, but we'll get the pleasure to see him berated as a "poopyhead" in the process.
