The most expensive TV ad buy of the presidential campaign shows President Bush consoling a teenage girl whose mother died in the World Trade Center on Sept. 11.

You know, at the risk of being insensitive (but when have I ever worried about that?), if Kerry goes out and dismantles al-Qa'ida instead of hugging people, then wouldn't he be doing a better job?
